IT Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Specialist to join ARRISE, a leading iGaming service provider. In this role you will manage the company’s IT infrastructure and user devices, ensuring reliable operation in a fast‑paced 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee streaming equipment (encoders, scanners, desktop systems) using monitoring tools and logs to maintain continuous high‑quality service.
• Manage incoming IT support requests, focusing on critical infrastructure such as dealer modules, encoders, access points and switches.
• Collaborate with the development team to test new applications before deployment and work with audio‑visual, security and IT teams to ensure proper network functionality.
• Ensure operational encoders and media servers for live broadcasting, resolving any issues promptly.
• Partner with the Head of Operations, Shift Managers and other team members to troubleshoot and replace equipment quickly.
• Maintain workstation configurations, user access and internal procedures; address IT incidents within SLA guidelines.
• Manage IT inventory by updating records, assigning equipment, conducting audits and coordinating with external suppliers.
• Enhance and maintain IT infrastructure, perform hardware/software maintenance and safeguard data security and confidentiality.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience supporting hardware and software for user devices in a technical environment.
• Strong proficiency in Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Solid experience with Active Directory management.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational setting and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and adherence to SLA requirements.
