IT Support Engineer

About the role

LeoVegas Group is seeking a proactive, customer‑focused IT Support Engineer to join its Global IT team. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot a wide range of issues, and support system and network administration for employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for software, hardware, and network problems, delivering clear step‑by‑step guidance.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers or specialised teams as needed.
• Manage employee requests via the ticketing system, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
• Monitor system performance, apply updates, and assist with hardware and software maintenance.
• Support IT deployments, including setup and configuration of new systems, applications, and company‑wide updates.
• Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles, incident documentation, and IT asset inventories.
• Collaborate with IT administrators, developers, and network engineers on testing, QA, and cross‑functional projects.
• Promote security and compliance by following IT policies and identifying potential risks.

Required profile

• Experience with onboarding/off‑boarding, hardware/software troubleshooting, and end‑user support on macOS and Windows.
• Familiarity with Azure, Entra ID, Google Workspace, and ITSM tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking hardware, conference‑room technology, and printer troubleshooting.
• Understanding of password managers, MFA, passkeys, and authentication best practices.
• Strong customer‑service mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while recognising escalation points.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
