IT Support Specialist

About the role

As an IT Support Specialist (Tier 1/2) you will be the backbone of daily technical operations for Rapyd’s Latam region, ensuring smooth macOS and Windows experiences for employees across the region and global offices. The role is office‑first and requires a proactive problem‑solver who can thrive in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for macOS and Windows devices, handling service tickets via Jira Service Desk.
• Plan and execute regional IT projects such as system upgrades, hardware/software installations, and office technology rollouts.
• Provide technical advice and training to maximise adoption of internal tools and security best practices.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, policy deployment and device lifecycle using Jamf, Microsoft Intune and PDQ.
• Administer core productivity tools including Google Workspace and Slack, and maintain documentation in Confluence.
• Onboard and offboard employees, ensuring proper hardware setup, access permissions and asset tracking.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of hands‑on Help Desk or Service Desk experience supporting Windows and Mac environments.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with a bias for quick resolution.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish to support regional and global stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in a high‑growth, office‑first setting.
