IT Support Specialist – Remote Technical & Cloud Support

About the role

The IT Support Specialist will provide specialized technical assistance to remote agents, ensuring the smooth operation of VoIP platforms, video‑conferencing tools, Microsoft Cloud PC/VDI environments, and collaboration systems. You will resolve incidents, manage identities, and enforce security best practices across a distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and connectivity issues for remote users.
• Support VoIP, VRI, video‑conferencing, and remote desktop tools.
• Administer identities, credentials and permissions via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and manage Conditional Access, MFA and identity protection.
• Configure, deploy and monitor corporate and BYOD devices using Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance and security.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Cloud PC and VDI environments, applying updates, patches and security configurations.
• Document solutions, manage support tickets and analyze incident trends.
• Assist in configuring Microsoft 365, Teams and other collaboration tools.
• Train non‑technical users on VoIP, video‑conferencing and security best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in fully remote settings.
• Proven experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune device management.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Cloud PC or general VDI environments.
