Junior Brand Assistant

About the role

The Junior Brand Assistant supports the Brand/Product Management team by coordinating marketing initiatives, handling customer inquiries, and preparing materials for events. This hybrid position in Cali offers the chance to work with iconic consumer health brands.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the brand team to execute innovative marketing campaigns and develop creative content ideas.
• Manage, organize, and maintain brand assets and documentation across platforms.
• Support cross‑functional teams by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.
• Monitor trends and competitor activities to propose fresh ideas.
• Facilitate communication between creative, marketing, sales, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Prepare, package, and ship informational and presentation materials for vendor fairs and brand events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing.
• 1–2 years of experience in brand support, coordination, or related roles.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate team needs and contribute ideas.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with basic design tools or content management systems.
