Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager

About the role

Viva Talent is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Manager to design and execute multi‑channel candidate demand generation across Latin America. You will own paid campaigns, create organic social content, and build a scalable recruitment marketing function that supports our mission to empower women in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a multi‑channel strategy (social, paid, influencer) to attract qualified candidates.
• Design, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, using performance data to improve lead volume and quality.
• Create original organic social content and coordinate staff‑ or influencer‑generated initiatives.
• Identify processes, tools, and partners needed to scale candidate generation.
• Start as the sole contributor and later lead a growing recruitment marketing team.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a marketing manager role, with at least 2 years of people‑management experience.
• Proven experience building multi‑channel demand‑generation strategies that increase leads or applications.
• Hands‑on expertise with LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok paid advertising.
• Strong English communication (C1+), both written and verbal.
