Junior Brand Manager – Club Social

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Club Social Junior Brand Manager, leading brand strategy and execution across the WACAM region. You will drive growth, manage the brand P&L, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, marketing plans, and innovation pipelines for Club Social across 13 countries.
• Manage the brand’s P&L, ensuring sales volume, market share, and profitability targets are met.
• Lead end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, from concept and brief development to launch and post‑campaign analysis.
• Conduct market and performance analysis using Nielsen, Kantar and advanced Excel to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, supply chain, finance and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of progressive marketing experience in a multinational FMCG company.
• Proven track record of delivering brand growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
• Experience with market research tools Nielsen and Kantar.
• Bilingual proficiency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (advantage).
