Marketing Coordinator – Cosmetics & Anti-aging

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized bilingual professional to lead marketing campaigns, manage regulatory affairs, and oversee foreign trade processes for our cosmetics and anti‑aging product lines in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies to strengthen the brand presence in the LATAM market.
• Coordinate and supervise sanitary registration, renewals, and compliance processes with INVIMA and other local authorities.
• Manage import/export processes, customs clearance, and logistics coordination with customs brokers and international freight forwarders.
• Maintain and support the network of distributors and regional agencies, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
• Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Spanish and advanced/fluently English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields.
• Proven experience in marketing, regulatory affairs (INVIMA experience is a strong plus), or international trade/logistics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities with high autonomy.
