Junior Data Analyst / Developer

About the role
The Junior Data Analyst/Developer will join the Program Intelligence team of the Nature for Water (N4W) initiative. You will help build, maintain, and expand the data pipelines that power N4W’s watershed investment programs, turning raw field data into actionable insights for partners, funders, and TNC leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor data collection workflows using KoboToolbox and ArcGIS Online.
- Develop Python scripts and Databricks notebooks to ingest, clean, and store data.
- Create and maintain visual dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support partners by delivering bespoke data tables and visualizations.
- Collaborate with scientists, economists, and program managers to ensure data quality and relevance.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in environmental data.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple data projects.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical results for non‑technical audiences.
