Digital Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Digital Implementation Specialist will support new client onboarding and ongoing platform management for Go Local Interactive's digital product suite. This full‑time position works 8‑5 Central time and involves direct client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute technical implementation tasks, configure websites, analytics, advertising accounts, and call‑tracking systems for new clients.
• Validate requirements, perform quality assurance, and support launch readiness and post‑launch verification.
• Maintain and update client technology platforms, manage user permissions, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding dependencies and improve operational workflows.
