Junior HR Business Partner

About the role

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to support its fast‑growing operations in Colombia. The role is fully onsite and focuses on linking employees, operations, and HR processes to ensure a positive employee experience and effective support for operational leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for a workforce that will soon exceed 1,000 employees.
• Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate assessment.
• Advise managers on job descriptions, workforce planning, and talent needs.
• Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
• Monitor absenteeism, HR metrics, and support payroll inquiries.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and organizational climate projects.

Required profile

• Proactive, dynamic, and people‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Availability to work onsite in Medellín or Bucaramanga.

Required skills

• Intermediate English (B2–C1) for interaction with U.S. stakeholders.
