Junior Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Junior Marketing Specialist to support our marketing operations, customer communications, and campaign coordination across multiple digital channels. This remote, full‑time position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing marketing systems, maintaining accurate customer data, and contributing to a premium, customer‑focused brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and segment contact databases using Emma, GoHighLevel, and similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Create, schedule, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, ensuring accurate content, links, and clean data.
• Monitor inbound leads and customer inquiries, maintain prospect records, and support onboarding communications.
• Monitor marketing automation workflows, identify and report issues, and assist with platform maintenance and user access management.
• Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns, track performance metrics, and maintain organized lead tracking.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking campaign, lead, engagement, and outreach metrics.
• Provide recommendations and insights based on campaign performance data.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer success, communications, marketing operations or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Emma email platform.
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with email and SMS marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach tools.
• Ability to work with marketing automation workflows and reporting processes.
