Junior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join ttg Talent Solutions as a Junior Recruiter and take charge of full‑cycle talent acquisition for managerial and executive positions in the U.S. market. You will work on‑site in Medellín, collaborating with a fast‑paced, results‑driven team that values impact and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets related to placement volume and quality.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, ATS platforms and other tools.
• Partner with client companies to understand culture, role requirements and expectations.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Stay updated on U.S. market trends and best practices in executive recruitment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+) – written and spoken.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Goal‑oriented mindset focused on exceeding targets.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
