Junior Recruiter – U.S. Focus

About the role

We are a leading 3PL logistics provider seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support our U.S. hiring initiatives. Based in Medellín, you will help attract top talent for a fast‑growing logistics business while contributing to a collaborative, growth‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the U.S. 3PL logistics sector.
• Partner with the Recruitment Director to define hiring needs and craft accurate job descriptions.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Network with logistics professionals to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
• Support HR processes including background checks, offer letters, agreements, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update ATS systems and candidate databases.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding activities.
• Participate in recruitment events and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and track recruitment KPIs daily and weekly.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience or a relevant academic background.
• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Organizational Management, Business, or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
