Junior Talent Acquisition

About the role

StaffingAbroad connects talent with career opportunities and supports recruitment for local and international clients. It is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition professional to support and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, mainly for junior-level roles, BPO operations, interns and apprentices, and some mid-level positions such as Executive Assistants, Administrative Support and Customer Service. The role works closely with the Talent Acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and attraction: identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks and referrals; publish and manage job postings; build talent pipelines.
• Screening and selection: review resumes, run initial screening calls, conduct structured interviews and prepare candidate summaries and recruitment reports.
• Hiring coordination: follow up candidates, coordinate documentation, reference checks, assessments and medical exams, and support offers, hiring documents and onboarding.
• Operations and reporting: maintain candidate data in the ATS, monitor pipelines and KPIs such as time-to-hire, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment coordination, preferably in BPO, staffing or outsourcing.
• Final-year students, recent graduates or professionals in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
• B2+ English and experience sourcing, interviewing and supporting selection.
• Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle several processes at once.

Required skills

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Computrabajo and Indeed.
• Basic knowledge of ATS platforms and candidate tracking.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of COP $3,500,000, indefinite-term contract.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., hybrid: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
