Young Professional – IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a global technology company with more than 15 years of experience delivering solutions to companies such as Google and Silicon Valley startups, is looking for a Young Professional to join its IT recruitment team. This is an entry-level opportunity to launch a career in talent acquisition, supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and developing sourcing and interviewing skills alongside experienced recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Review resumes and run initial screening calls to assess candidate profiles and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, keeping data accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and refine search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage several tasks at once.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
