About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a KAM Manager to drive partnership and value with multiple stakeholders and customers in the Bogotá region. The role focuses on strategic account management within the MedTech and pharmaceutical space, ensuring long‑term collaboration and value creation for the business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop Johnson & Johnson as a strategic partner through long‑term stakeholder management and value‑creation activities.
- Assume commercial responsibility for assigned accounts/region in alignment with the KAM Director.
- Establish and coordinate relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Value Creation teams.
- Lead internal stakeholder involvement, including supply chain, HEMA, Professional Education, and Commercial Excellence.
- Head the Integrated Account Team (IAT) and create one‑year and three‑year account plans.
- Drive value‑creation development and solution execution across the region.
- Shape tender strategies together with Sales Management.
- Integrate health economics to build value‑based commercial propositions.
- Set strategic priorities for the region in collaboration with Sales Management.
- Build and maintain key relationships with external customers, internal sales management, and supply chain partners.
Required profile
- Professional degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics.
- Post‑graduate studies in Management or Marketing (preferred).
- 6–8 years of experience in sales or commercial roles.
- Proven experience managing strategic accounts in the pharmaceutical or medical‑device industry in Bogotá.
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
