KC Finance Credit Specialist

About the role

Kuehne+Nagel is looking for a KC Finance Credit Advanced Specialist. The role supports the evaluation of credit risk and financial information, helping to identify potential credit and operational risks and ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation of exceptions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze credit risk and financial information to identify potential risks and exceptions.
• Review and manage credit exceptions, applying sound judgment and escalating risks when required.
• Handle daily requests and tickets while meeting established SLAs and deadlines.
• Review requests, identify the required actions and follow up until resolution.
• Validate billing requests and verify account coverage by insurance providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports and controls.
• Work closely with Credit Risk Analysts and internal teams across different countries.
• Manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support activities related to financial analysis and accounting processes.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in credit analysis, financial analysis, risk or related areas.
• Experience in credit analysis and management of credit exceptions.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment for decision-making.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and SLAs.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel, particularly formulas and pivot tables.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
