Key Account Manager – US Retail Accounts

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to own and grow our largest U.S. retail accounts, including national distributors and major retailers such as Target, Walmart, Hy‑Vee, BFG and Arett. The role focuses on end‑to‑end buyer relationship management, commercial performance, accurate forecasting and day‑to‑day account operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with key retail buyers and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate product setup, retailer portals, pricing, and submissions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to forecast demand and sales.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability and account health, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.
• Plan and execute promotions with Marketing, organize trade shows and handle logistics.
• Maintain retailer portals, marketing assets and sales materials.
• Update HubSpot with activities, notes, forecasts and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing U.S. B2B key accounts for national retailers or distributors.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with senior buyers.
• Experience in sales forecasting, demand planning and pricing strategy.
• Background in planning and supporting trade shows.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Full‑time availability during U.S. Central Time business hours.
• Residency in Latin America.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
