About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Kitchen Chief and lead daily culinary production while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability, and inspiring your team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage food preparation, presentation, and production while maintaining quality, safety, sanitation, and cost control.
• Oversee kitchen administrative functions including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and team member operations.
• Select, inspect, and utilize high‑quality ingredients such as meats, seafood, produce, and seasonings.
• Create and implement new dishes and seasonal menus to enhance the dining experience.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
