Knowledge Center Finance Manager - Working Capital (DF)

About the role

Kuehne+Nagel is looking for a Finance Manager to lead the Working Capital function within its Knowledge Center in Bogota. The role drives operational excellence, transformation and financial performance across multiple geographies, leads high-performing teams and partners with senior stakeholders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Working Capital Knowledge Center as a key driver of the global Finance Operating Model and strategic transformation agenda.
• Lead and develop a centralized Finance Services organization with high-quality service delivery across global operations.
• Optimize Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Treasury and cash flow management processes to improve working capital performance.
• Drive transformation, centralization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen performance management through transparent KPIs, service-level governance and structured business reviews.
• Own financial governance, cost center performance, forecasting, compliance and risk management.
• Build, coach and develop leaders and teams, and connect global process owners, country finance organizations and Knowledge Center teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Working Capital, Finance, Accounting or Administration within a multinational shared services or BPO environment.
• Experience leading teams in a shared services, finance operations or complex finance environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English; fluent English and professional working proficiency in Spanish preferred.
• Preferred: ACCA, CPA or CA certification, and experience leading finance transformation, centralization or process excellence initiatives.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls and finance operations.
• Advanced financial planning, financial modeling and data analysis (preferred).
• Project management and stakeholder management in global organizations (preferred).
