LATAM Office Manager & Accounting Manager

About the role

CKH is expanding its presence in Latin America and seeks a hands‑on Office Manager & Accounting Manager to lead the new Colombian office. You will combine office operations, HR support, and U.S.‑based accounting projects while helping the team grow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and oversee the setup of the Colombia office.
• Coordinate with local authorities, vendors, and service providers.
• Support onboarding, HR processes, and employee administration.
• Participate in U.S. accounting projects and maintain bookkeeping records.
• Assist with hiring, team growth, and leadership support on people‑related matters.
• Promote a positive, organized workplace culture.

Required profile

• Experience in office management, HR, or operations, preferably in Colombia.
• Background in business setup or operational support for Colombian entities.
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Understanding of local HR and employment regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Fluent English and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).
• Nice to have: experience in financial services, shared services, or launching new international offices.
