Latin America Non‑Trade Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role

Gallagher GCoE LatAm is looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Analyst to support the Latin America region. The analyst will work closely with the LATAM Non‑Trade Accounts Payable Manager, handling compensating controls reviews and day‑to‑day AP operations across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Review invoices above set thresholds to ensure vendor compliance, bids, PO/PR and approvals.
• Analyze and escalate any issues identified during compensating controls reviews.
• Maintain and update SOP documentation for AP processes.
• Process supplier invoices, credit notes and execute multi‑currency payment runs.
• Maintain the LATAM authorization structure and vendor master data.
• Perform JDE Accounts Payable entries and enter payments using the Kyriba treasury tool.
• Identify and support process‑improvement initiatives.
• Design and deliver training sessions for local LATAM staff.
• Collaborate with tax, accounting and local teams on regulatory changes.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the LATAM Accounts Payable Manager.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with vendor maintenance and compliance.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10 % of the time.

Required skills

• JDE (JD Edwards) Accounts Payable module.
• Kyriba treasury system.
• Circulus tool.
