Lead Agentic AI Consultant

About the role

You will act as a trusted advisor and technical leader for enterprise‑scale AI transformations, designing, validating, and delivering agentic AI solutions within SoftServe's AI and Data Science Center of Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI engagements from discovery through architecture and implementation, delivering production‑ready agentic AI ecosystems at enterprise scale.
• Translate complex business challenges into AI use‑case definitions, solution roadmaps, and reference architectures.
• Design and validate AI architectures on AWS, Azure, and GCP services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, AgentCore, Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Vertex AI, Gemini, and ADK.
• Support pre‑sales activities including proposals, workshops, PoCs, and technical discovery sessions.
• Guide organizations on AI governance, MLOps, model lifecycle management, scalability, observability, and deployment best practices.
• Mentor engineering and consulting teams on cloud AI ecosystems, agentic AI frameworks, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in AI consulting, generative/agentic AI development, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Strong advisory and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executives and leadership.
• Proven ability to support go‑to‑market initiatives, customer discovery workshops, and technical pre‑sales engagements.

Required skills

• Python programming and modern AI/ML ecosystems (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel).
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and cloud‑native AI services (AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, AgentCore; Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Azure ML; GCP Vertex AI, Gemini, ADK).
• Hands‑on development of AI agents, multi‑agent systems, orchestration workflows, RAG pipelines, tool calling, function orchestration, memory management, vector databases, and AI workflow automation.
• Full AI lifecycle expertise: experimentation, fine‑tuning, optimization, deployment, inference, and monitoring.
