Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high‑impact technology projects that support our global business and clients. Reporting to the Director Delivery Manager, you will work across teams and time zones, driving successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and build strong relationships to support project success.
• Ensure projects meet business requirements, quality standards, and strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in global environments.
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies.
