Lead Manager – Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Lead Manager to be the first point of contact for warm seller leads in our real‑estate investment firm. You will handle inbound calls, build rapport, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound leads and conduct outbound follow‑ups.
• Gather seller motivation, property condition, and price expectations using professional discovery techniques.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Acquisition Managers.
• Maintain real‑time, accurate records in the company CRM.
• Act as an authority figure on the phone, overcoming objections with empathy.
• Suggest process improvements and monitor the 24/7 AI assistant for quality control.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Proven experience in lead management, appointment setting, or sales; real‑estate wholesaling preferred.
• Documented history of long‑term commitment in previous roles.
• Strong verbal communication with an authoritative tone.
• High initiative and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• CRM software proficiency.

• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm EST (occasional Saturdays).
