Lead Mobile Engineer (iOS & Android)

About the role

EPAM is seeking an experienced Lead Mobile Engineer to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of large‑scale native iOS and Android applications. You will shape technical vision, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build high‑impact customer‑facing features.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable native iOS apps using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
• Define and evolve Design Systems and reusable UI components across multiple product teams.
• Partner with Product, UX, Android, Backend, QA, and Platform leadership to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Drive shared frameworks, developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC, including production support and technical debt reduction.
• Mentor senior and mid‑level engineers and establish engineering standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years developing native iOS applications with production experience on both iOS and Android.
• 1+ years of technical leadership on large‑scale mobile initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical direction across teams.
