Lead Recruiter – Legal, Healthcare & Insurance (Bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Lead Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for our Legal, Healthcare, and Insurance divisions. Based in Bogotá, you will partner directly with U.S. clients, shaping recruitment strategies that deliver high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from sourcing to onboarding, for an average of 20 vacancies per month.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing and attraction campaigns across target sectors.
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments in English.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S. clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three recruiters.
• Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and report results.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in legal, healthcare, or insurance recruitment.
• Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring recruitment teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with a passion for excellence.
