Learning & Development Senior Analyst – Leadership Academy

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Analyst to drive the delivery and impact of its Leadership Academy learning programs. You will own the analytics and go‑to‑market execution that ensure the offerings are well positioned, easily accessed, and continuously improved based on learner data.

Key responsibilities

• Own the data and insights that indicate program health, including reach, adoption, completion patterns and drop‑off.
• Analyze trends, surface risks, and provide decision‑oriented insights to meet enrollment and engagement targets.
• Partner with Program Managers and the L&D Infrastructure Manager to build self‑service reporting and refine metrics.
• Maintain a data‑driven view of the learner population by role, geography and access patterns to identify gaps.
• Operationalize learning go‑to‑market plans, shaping audience targeting, channel mix, timing and sequencing.
• Own learner‑facing communications and outreach to ensure offerings are findable, relevant and clearly positioned.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in learning product health and performance measurement.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as program managers, learning designers and infrastructure partners.
