Learning Specialist – 2 Hour Learning (Remote)

About the role

Join the 2‑Hour Learning engine to help K‑8 students master academics in just two focused hours each day. Working remotely, you will turn AI‑generated performance data into real‑time interventions that boost mastery and learning speed.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate academic data reports, analyze anomalies, and trigger fixes within 48 hours.
• Host rapid‑response “rescue” calls and post‑assessment coaching sessions to resolve blockers and keep students motivated.
• Evaluate and implement new educational apps, design AI/LLM prototypes, and innovate learning strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine tools, dashboards, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of coaching, training, or instructional experience with K‑8 students.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on data analysis combined with direct learner support.
• Experience using Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis (lookups, pivots, charts, etc.).
• Minimum 6 months using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in professional workflows.
• Available to work core hours 8:00‑12:00 AM U.S. time, Monday‑Friday.
