Litigation Case Specialist

About the role

A full-time, 100% on-site Litigation Case Specialist position in Bogotá, Colombia, for someone with strong client communication skills and experience supporting legal cases. The role supports U.S.-based law firms by conducting client consultations, gathering case information, reviewing documents and preparing case summaries used in litigation evaluations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed client interviews to gather facts, timelines and supporting documentation.
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify case information and obtain missing details.
• Review and organize case documentation to support litigation evaluations.
• Prepare clear, accurate and comprehensive case summaries.
• Identify relevant information and potential inconsistencies in client statements.
• Follow up with clients on pending documentation and required signatures.
• Assist with legal complaint preparation and case documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a client-facing legal support role.
• Experience conducting client interviews, consultations or gathering legal case information.
• Strong case management, documentation and organizational skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
• Excellent verbal communication, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience with U.S.-based law firms or employment law is preferred; legal studies or a law degree is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Bogotá.
