Logistics Account Manager

About the role

Charger logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated Logistics Account Manager to strengthen relationships with existing customers and drive new business across North America. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that client needs are met through effective communication, pricing expertise, and coordinated operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers through regular communication.
• Manage customer expectations, deliver exceptional service, and ensure commitments are met.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team to guarantee accurate pricing and successful onboarding.
• Participate in rate matrix reviews, profitability analysis, and preparation of bids and presentations for high‑value accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
• Support the Customer Service Manager in delivering optimal transportation solutions.
• Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and product innovations.
• Prepare sales budgets, reports, and expense documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation or logistics.
• Recent degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals and managing pricing proposals.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
