Logistics Coordinator – Broker

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator who will act as an Inland Freight Broker focusing on Full Truckload (FTL) operations. The role involves managing shipments from origin to destination, negotiating rates, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate FTL shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Source and negotiate with carriers using DAT and Truckstop platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers and clients.
- Track shipments, resolve transit issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate competitive rates while protecting profitability.
- Enter accurate shipment data and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Provide continuous communication and customer service to all stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a freight broker or logistics coordinator.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Strong knowledge of Full Truckload (FTL) operations.
