M&A Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The M&A Marketing Coordinator supports the integration of newly acquired organizations into Gallagher’s marketing and brand ecosystem. Reporting to the GGB Americas M&A Marketing Integration Lead, the role works closely with the Integration Manager to ensure seamless transition of marketing assets and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing integration initiatives for acquired companies, managing multiple projects and timelines.
• Maintain integration trackers, transition templates, and resources for onboarding and planning discussions.
• Coordinate creation of interim logos, collateral, advertising, event assets, and other external communications.
• Submit and manage work requests through Workfront, collaborating with internal creative and marketing teams.
• Support due‑diligence activities by gathering and tracking marketing‑related information.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of integration initiatives and campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management, marketing operations or communications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management platforms such as Workfront or Smartsheet.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with marketing‑related tools and asset creation processes.
