Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

Cuesta Partners is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer in Latin America to work with a broad base of clients, delivering AI‑driven solutions and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, and clustering.
• Build and optimise scalable end‑to‑end ML pipelines from data preprocessing to deployment and retraining.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and MLOps teams to ensure clean datasets and scalable infrastructure.
• Integrate models into production environments, continuously monitor performance, and retrain as needed.
• Implement cloud‑based solutions and stay up‑to‑date with emerging ML/AI technologies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn.
• Machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques.
• Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
