Manager, Brand Performance Support CALA

About the role

The Manager, Brand Performance Support (BPS) for the CALA region will lead an in‑house team that provides responsive support to hotel leaders across the Caribbean and Latin America. Reporting to the Senior Director BPS CALA, you will help analyze performance, implement brand initiatives, and deliver resources that drive commercial success, guest experience, and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet brand and business objectives through market visits, performance reviews, and virtual consultations.
• Partner with hotel leadership to optimize revenue, market share, and guest satisfaction.
• Analyze performance data and market trends to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Deliver training and support to enhance service culture, loyalty program execution, and team member engagement.
• Lead implementation of brand initiatives, ensuring consistency and differentiation across properties.

Required profile

• Minimum eight years of hospitality experience with operations and commercial strategy background.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel up to 40‑50%.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of leadership experience in property or corporate roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using GDS systems.
• Knowledge of MicroStrategy.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
