Manager, Data Analytics & BI (Global Operations Centre)

About the role

As a Manager, Data Analytics & BI within the Global Operations Centre, you will partner with Business Intelligence teams across the US, Europe and Asia to deliver high‑impact reporting and analytics solutions. You will lead dashboard development, data quality assurance and mentor junior analysts while supporting marketing efficiency for WPP Media.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and maintain Power BI, Tableau and Looker dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timely issue resolution.
• Produce weekly, monthly and campaign wrap‑up reports, extracting data from multiple media platforms and performing data hygiene.
• Conduct daily and weekly data quality checks, resolve discrepancies and enforce data governance standards.
• Collaborate with BI and Data Operations teams to integrate new data sources, perform root‑cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Develop and support ETL processes, automate reporting with SQL queries or Python scripts, and provide production support for data loads.
• Supervise, train and mentor senior and junior analysts, including offshore Senior Associates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in analytics or business intelligence, working with large datasets.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem‑solving abilities; background in statistics or modeling is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when collaborating across offshore and onshore teams.
• Availability for at least three hours overlap with New York mornings.
