About the role
The Manager, Exit will lead the execution of employee off‑boarding processes for Global Services HR. Based in Bogotá, this role ensures that all separations are handled consistently, compliantly and efficiently during the upcoming DePuy Synthes spin‑off.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and monitor end‑to‑end off‑boarding procedures across the organization.
- Coordinate with legal, payroll, IT and facilities to secure assets, deactivate accounts and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews, capture knowledge transfer and manage final settlements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audit and governance purposes.
- Provide guidance and training to managers and HR partners on exit best practices.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR operations or employee separation processes.
- Strong knowledge of Colombian labor law and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities.
- Effective communication skills in Spanish and English.
