Manager – GBS GWO Static Data

About the role

The Manager, GBS GWO Static Data supports senior leadership in delivering accurate, timely, and well‑controlled static data services globally. The role leads a shift‑based team that monitors data, maps source systems and maintains reference data integrity for regulatory reporting and downstream processing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a customer‑focused culture, deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank resources.
• Manage shift‑based team performance, staffing, coaching and accountability across global coverage.
• Oversee SSI setup, security configuration, counter‑party mapping and static data maintenance within GBM systems.
• Act as shift lead for out‑of‑hours operations, ensuring readiness, handovers and escalation management.
• Maintain a strong control environment through approvals, exception handling, reconciliations and audit trails.
• Support regulatory reporting, audit inquiries, internal reviews and remediation of control gaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading shift‑based or operations teams with performance management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in static data, reference data, trade support or related capital‑markets operations.
• Background supporting out‑of‑hours, globally aligned operations with escalation and handover processes.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and investigative abilities with clear communication.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working in a technology‑enabled environment.
