Manager, Global Reach Program & Franchise Standards – LAC

About the role

The Manager, Global Reach Program & Franchise Standards – LAC will oversee the governance, execution and performance monitoring of Mastercard's Global Reach Program across Latin America and the Caribbean. Based in Brazil or Colombia, the role works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with Mastercard standards and to support cross‑border commerce growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support governance and execution of the Global Reach Program throughout the LAC region.
• Analyze program, transaction and participant data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Assess adherence to Mastercard Standards and collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and Product teams to resolve issues.
• Develop executive communications, recommendations and governance frameworks that strengthen network integrity.
• Partner with Account Management, Customer Delivery and Franchise teams to align program objectives with regional priorities.

Required profile

• Strong data‑analysis and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on actionable insights.
• Experience in payments, operations, program management, governance, risk or compliance.
• Proven capability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is preferred.
