Manager, Social (Global Operations Centre)

About the role

WPP Media is looking for a Manager Social within its Global Operations Centre (GOC). You will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. The position is offered remotely or in a hybrid modality, and must be performed within Colombia; only candidates residing in Colombia with a valid work permit may apply.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with counterparts in WPP Media regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia).
• Enforce paid social best practices, focusing on platform expertise, consistency and quality of work delivery.
• Serve as the point of escalation for your team and take ownership of resolving challenges.
• Line manage 2-5 direct reports, giving timely, actionable feedback and providing recognition for good work.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced English level (B2-C2).
• At least 3 years of experience managing paid social campaigns.
• At least 1 year of previous leadership experience.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Paid social campaign management.
