Manufacturing Engineering Automation Professional

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Automation Professional to analyze, evaluate, and improve our production processes, machinery, and industrial structures. The role focuses on identifying optimization opportunities, eliminating losses, and ensuring safety and reliability of assets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze production and support processes to identify losses, constraints, rework, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Review industrial machinery, equipment, and systems to assess condition and support digitization and modernization efforts.
• Design, propose, and support implementation of improvements to machinery, tools, structures, work methods, and processes while ensuring safety and sustainability.
• Evaluate industrial safety gaps and implement corrective actions to prevent incidents.
• Perform structural analysis of existing systems, supports, platforms, and lifting elements to determine reinforcement or redesign needs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in industrial environments, manufacturing processes, and improvement engineering.
• Conversational English (B2 level).
• Additional training in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or process analysis is a plus.
