About the role

We are looking for an Assembly Operator (PT I) to join our manufacturing floor. The role involves setting up, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment to meet quality and output targets. The position is on‑site in a fast‑paced production environment, offering the opportunity to develop technical expertise and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate machine tools, chemical processing, assembly and packaging equipment according to specifications.
• Move, pack and sort raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor product quality, identify defects and initiate re‑work or discard as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools acquired through work experience or vocational training.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision and follow standard procedures.
• Good communication skills to convey information that may need explanation.
