Market Operations Lead - Medellín

About the role

Mimetic Machines runs data collection at partner sites such as workshops, factories and farms, and is looking for a Market Operations Lead to lead its operations team in Medellín. The role is responsible for delivering the monthly data collection targets and for running the collection days at the sites, including the finca in the hiring puzzle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the agreed monthly data collection targets and complete the sites as planned.
• Develop and implement the weekly site plan and manage field engineers across all active sites.
• Coach, motivate and develop the team, and uphold the company's operating, compliance and safety standards at every site.
• Manage partner relationships on the ground, daily reporting and control of company assets, including hardware.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, with 4 to 7 years of field sales or field operations experience and at least 3 years leading a field team of 20 or more.
• Pharmaceutical field operations experience is ideal, as is experience running a sales territory with a team on the ground.
• Demonstrated delivery of monthly targets through a team, and the ability to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong work ethic, integrity and the ability to work under pressure with several sites running at once.
• Fluent Spanish and English, based in Medellín with daily travel across the city.
