Market Performance Manager

About the role

Join Uber Eats' Strategy & Operations team as a Market Performance Manager, driving sustainable growth and operational excellence across seven diverse markets in the ACAC region. You will work on business‑critical initiatives, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and translate data into actionable insights that shape the restaurant delivery business.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and diagnose key business performance metrics to identify strategic opportunities and provide a holistic view of performance, customer experience, and growth across the region.
• Lead end‑to‑end development, deployment, and execution of high‑impact initiatives that accelerate growth and improve business performance in the seven ACAC markets.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Product, and Central teams to align regional priorities and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Analyze the competitive landscape of restaurant delivery markets to identify trends and recommend strategic positioning and tactical actions.
• Translate complex data and project updates into clear, actionable insights through presentations and written recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in Strategy, Finance, Consulting, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Data‑driven decision‑making approach, using insights to guide recommendations and actions.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver results.
• Proactive, ownership‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, experienced in cross‑functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of key business drivers such as P&L management, competitive dynamics, customer behavior, operational performance, and risk.
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and implement practical, effective solutions.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
