Marketing Associate

About the role

SellCord is a marketing agency that launches and scales brands exclusively on Walmart Marketplace. It is looking for a Marketing Associate to provide hands-on executional support to its Event Marketing and Content Marketing teams. The role covers the day-to-day execution of content and event marketing, keeping content created, published and distributed across LinkedIn, YouTube, email and the company blog.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent content calendar and publish content on time across LinkedIn, YouTube, email and the blog
• Support digital and in-person events, including pre- and post-event communications and attendee follow-up
• Help create event signage, digital graphics and other promotional assets
• Research vendors and source merchandise for events and brand initiatives
• Run email campaigns in Mailchimp and HubSpot, from building to scheduling and sending
• Support lead generation and database activities, including list management and data hygiene
• Plan and deliver ad hoc marketing projects from start to finish

Required profile

• Proactive, resourceful and organized, able to own projects end to end
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience supporting digital and in-person events is a plus

Required skills

• Email marketing platforms and CRM systems, preferably Mailchimp and HubSpot
• Project management and time management
• Visual judgment to support marketing assets such as graphics and signage
