Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with deep HubSpot expertise to design, build and manage end‑to‑end marketing automation programs. The role is fully remote for candidates located in Colombia and involves close collaboration with Colombian and international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise HubSpot workflows, email campaigns and lead‑nurturing sequences.
• Develop audience segments and data‑driven targeting strategies for paid media and lifecycle marketing.
• Create performance dashboards and detailed reports using data‑visualisation tools, Python or SQL.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline automation and improve engagement.
• Integrate HubSpot with WordPress, APIs and custom scripts (Hubl, Python, Flask) to support cross‑functional initiatives.
• Advise internal teams on digital strategy, automation best practices and campaign optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1) and ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM PST.
• HubSpot certifications are strongly preferred.

• Scripting languages: Hubl, Python, Flask.

• Data analysis and visualisation (Python, SQL, BI tools).
• AI‑driven automation tools.
