Marketing & Communications Associate (Remote)

About the role

Persona is looking for a Marketing & Communications Associate to support day‑to‑day marketing across email, social media, website content, internal communications, sales materials, and events. The role is fully remote and works closely with growth leadership, external agencies, and internal teams to keep marketing activities organized and moving forward.

Key responsibilities

• Build and send the monthly newsletter, create graphics, and coordinate content.
• Manage email outreach, automations, monitor workflows and troubleshoot issues.
• Publish and maintain social media content on LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Maintain the employee social sharing platform and support content distribution.
• Keep the company website up‑to‑date, including new content, team profiles, job postings, and resources.
• Create web and marketing graphics using Canva and ensure visual consistency.
• Coordinate with external web development partners on updates and technical requests.
• Manage the blog publishing process from draft to promotion.
• Support sales materials such as snapshots and pitch decks.
• Assist with event marketing collateral, communications, and RSVP coordination.
• Draft internal announcements and support new‑hire communications and onboarding materials.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Hands‑on experience with an email marketing or automation platform.
• Experience using WordPress and Canva.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
