Marketing Content Analyst

About the role

TransUnion is hiring a Marketing Content Analyst to design and develop visual solutions for digital platforms, ensuring a functional, attractive user experience aligned with the brand identity. The role covers interfaces, multimedia content, graphics and communication materials for websites, social media and digital campaigns. It is a hybrid position, with virtual work and in-person presence at an assigned TransUnion office for at least two days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Create digital interfaces and experiences centred on user needs
• Design wireframes, prototypes and visual proposals for digital platforms
• Develop graphic pieces and multimedia content for different channels
• Support the building and updating of websites and digital pages
• Design visual materials for communication and marketing campaigns
• Edit photos, videos, animations, audio and other audiovisual assets
• Carry out basic usability research and testing
• Keep content visually consistent with the brand identity and objectives

Required profile

• Degree in digital design, graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication or a related field
• Supplementary training or knowledge of UX/UI interface design
• Experience in digital, graphic, audiovisual or content design for digital channels
• Intermediate English, preferably B2

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Prototyping and interface design tools
• User research, wireframing and usability testing
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS or front-end development
