Senior Creative Designer - Temporary Cover

About the role

Publicis Production, part of Publicis Groupe's Intelligent Creativity business, is looking for a Senior Creative Designer in Bogota, Colombia. This temporary cover role calls on 4+ years of experience in digital design and creative production to conceive and develop high-quality digital creative solutions that combine visual design, storytelling, brand consistency and user-centered thinking, while mentoring junior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sketches, storyboards, roughs and mockups to visualize creative concepts.
• Design and adapt assets for websites, emails, banners and other digital formats.
• Carry out creative production tasks such as image retouching, illustration, infographics, presentations, GIF animations, asset adaptations, copy and design updates, and technical production.
• Work closely with creative, marketing and development teams to build intuitive, user-centered solutions.
• Keep deliverables aligned with brand identity and project strategy, and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and share knowledge.
• Take part in brainstorming, creative reviews and project kick-offs.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital design, visual design or creative production.
• Advanced English (B2 minimum).
• Proven experience in visual design, web design and creative production, with a strong portfolio.
• Experience presenting creative proposals to stakeholders; previous art direction experience desirable.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Sketch, InVision, Keynote and Microsoft Office.
• Illustration and UX knowledge is a plus; motion graphics knowledge is highly valued; HTML, CSS, JavaScript or Angular is a plus.
